A real smell of smoky roses. Amazing power and punch on the middle palate and finish. Great fruit and impact. So frank and four- square. The greatest Sandeman, with the heavenly 1912. Last tasted in 2010, from a Dublin bottling, it was all liquid raisins. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
